Please include your email address or phone number with all deposits, payments or purchases!



Here at MTC, we make it our goal to return every call or email within 24 hours. Sometimes our travel specialists are out with client groups on trips booked with MTC to ensure they have the absolute best experience possible, so on rare occasions, a return call may take longer. If you have an urgent travel request, we ask that you call, fill out, and submit a travel request form. Internet connections outside of this office can be limited so we ask for your patience. 



Generally, travel purchases are non-refundable without travel insurance (Which can be purchased from MTC). 



Are normally nonrefundable if cancellation is made before the cut-off date as set by the cruise line or an agreed-upon date set by MTC.


Refunds can take up to 8 weeks to be received. 


Airline tickets are non-refundable without travel insurance


Rental Cars are refundable as set by the individual rental car company’s policy. 


Hotel Room Rentals are normally refundable if cancellation is made before the cutoff date set by the hotel.

All cancelations are subject to a cancellation fee and can take up to 8 weeks to receive. Please consult with an MTC representative if you have any further questions. 

Deposits are non-refundable.

Airfares without insurance, if the fault of MTC may take up to 30 days to process refunds. Trips without insurance are subject to processing wait times and may risk on-refundable expenses. At MTC's discretion, travel credit may be awarded.
